End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective: August 2026
This EULA is a public baseline for Project7x Desktop. Commercial, enterprise, educational or customer-specific agreements may add or supersede terms.
License grant
Subject to an applicable license, users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use Project7x for authorized project management purposes.
Restrictions
Users may not bypass licensing or security controls, use the software unlawfully, distribute unauthorized modified copies or access information without authorization.
Updates
Updates may be distributed through Microsoft Store, Project7x/NEXID services or other authorized channels depending on edition.
Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Security & Data.
Artificial intelligence
AI features are assisted and optional; outputs require human review. Users must have the right to submit analyzed content to configured services.
Termination
The license may terminate upon material breach of its terms, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Relationship with PMCC and NEXID
Project7x is a technology product developed and operated within the Project Management College and Consulting (PMCC) ecosystem. Certain identity, validation, access or communications functions may be provided through NEXID or related services, depending on the enabled version and configuration.
