Project7x Security & Data
How Project7x approaches local storage, synchronization, permissions and optional AI processing.
Local-first desktop operation
Supported project information can be stored locally on the user device to provide desktop and offline operation. Users and organizations remain responsible for device security and backups required by their policies.
Network communications
When synchronization, licensing, updates or connected services are used, Project7x communicates with configured Project7x/NEXID endpoints over HTTPS where supported.
Access and roles
Project7x supports user and role concepts for project access. Actual permissions depend on the edition, configuration and organization deployment.
AI processing
AI features are optional. When a user intentionally invokes an AI-assisted function, selected project or contract content necessary for that request may be sent to the AI service provider configured for that deployment. Users should not submit content they are not authorized to process. AI results may be inaccurate and require human review.
Vulnerability/contact reporting
Security concerns can be reported to info@pmcollege.sv.
