Project7x End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective: August 2026
This EULA is a public baseline for Project7x Desktop. A commercial, enterprise, educational or customer-specific agreement may provide additional or superseding terms.
License grant
Subject to an applicable license, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Project7x for authorized project-management purposes.
Restrictions
Users may not circumvent licensing or security controls, use the software unlawfully, distribute unauthorized modified copies, or use the software to access data they are not authorized to process.
Updates
Updates may be delivered through Microsoft Store, Project7x/NEXID services or other authorized distribution channels depending on edition. Update availability and support can depend on the license.
Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Security & Data page. Enterprise agreements may specify additional responsibilities.
AI
AI-assisted functions are optional and outputs require human review. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to submit content to configured AI services.
Termination
The license may terminate if applicable license terms are materially breached, subject to any customer agreement and applicable law.
