1. Who operates Project7x
Project7x is a project management software platform powered by NEXID. The Microsoft Store publisher identity for the current individual developer account is Nohar Martinez. Public support contact: info@pmcollege.sv.
2. Information Project7x may process
Depending on the edition, configuration and features used, Project7x may process account or license identifiers; project names and metadata; WBS/EDT, activities, dates, calendars and dependencies; budgets and cost information; risks, issues, changes, comments and lessons learned; files or attachments intentionally added by users; synchronization metadata; device/application version and diagnostic information needed to operate or troubleshoot the software.
3. Local and offline data
Project7x Desktop may store project information locally on the device so supported functions can operate without continuous internet access. Local data remains subject to the security of the user's Windows account, device, backups and organization policies.
4. Connected services and synchronization
When the user signs in, validates a license, synchronizes, checks for updates or uses connected services, Project7x may exchange the information needed for that function with configured Project7x/NEXID servers. Network communication should use HTTPS where supported by the configured service.
5. AI-assisted functions
AI features are optional and user-initiated. If a user chooses to analyze a contract or other project content with AI, the selected content required to fulfill that request may be transmitted to the AI provider configured for the deployment. Users must ensure they are authorized to submit that content. AI output is probabilistic, may be incorrect and must be reviewed by qualified users. It does not constitute legal, engineering, financial or contractual advice.
6. Purposes of processing
- Provide project planning, execution, monitoring and control functions.
- Maintain accounts, licensing and authorized access where applicable.
- Synchronize supported project data when requested or configured.
- Import, export and generate user-requested project outputs.
- Provide optional AI-assisted analysis when explicitly invoked.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors and improve reliability.
- Respond to support requests.
7. Sharing and service providers
Project7x does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, software distribution, email/notification, authentication or AI service providers only as necessary to deliver configured functionality, comply with law, protect security, or at the direction of the organization/user. Microsoft may independently process information related to Microsoft Store distribution under Microsoft's own terms and privacy statements.
8. Data retention
Local project data remains on the device until deleted by the user, uninstalled with removal of associated data, or managed according to the organization's processes. Server-side information, when applicable, is retained for the period necessary to provide the service, satisfy contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce agreements. Enterprise retention may be governed by a separate customer agreement.
9. Deletion and user choices
Users can delete project information through supported application functions and can contact support regarding account/service data. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, contractual, billing or audit purposes. Organizations administering Project7x may control project data under their own policies.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information appropriate to the service, including authenticated access and encrypted network transport where supported. No software or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
11. International processing
Connected services or providers may process information in countries different from the user's country. Where applicable, processing is subject to the provider's terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Children
Project7x is professional project-management software and is not directed to children. It is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal data for consumer profiling or advertising.
13. Website cookies and analytics
This version of project7x.com does not require advertising cookies to display the public pages. If analytics or additional services are enabled later, this policy will be updated and appropriate disclosures or controls will be provided where required.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Project7x features, providers, legal requirements or distribution channels change. The effective/updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
