1. Who operates Project7x
Project7x is a project management software platform powered by NEXID. The current Microsoft Store publisher identity is Nohar Martinez. Public support contact: info@pmcollege.sv.
2. Information Project7x may process
Depending on the features used, Project7x may process account and access information, name, email address, photo/avatar, license data, group membership, project information, WBS, schedules, costs, risks, issues, changes, comments, files and other data users choose to add to the system.
3. Local data and offline operation
Project7x Desktop may store information locally to support compatible offline functions. Local data remains on the device until modified or deleted by the user, the application is removed, or available backup/retention mechanisms are applied in the user's environment.
4. Synchronization and connected services
When connected features are used, Project7x may transmit required information to Project7x/NEXID services for authentication, licensing, synchronization, collaboration, storage, updates, support and other enabled functions.
5. Files, documents and contracts
Users may add documents, contracts, attachments and other project information. The user or organization is responsible for having authorization to process that information.
6. AI-assisted features
When an AI feature is enabled and invoked by the user, content required for the analysis may be sent to the configured AI provider. Outputs are decision-support assistance and require human review; they do not constitute legal, financial, accounting or engineering advice.
7. How we use information
Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, administer licenses, synchronize projects, improve stability and security, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.
8. Data sales and advertising
Project7x does not sell personal data to advertisers. Project information is not used for third-party advertising.
9. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, comply with agreements and legal obligations, or until users/organizations delete it through available functions. Additional retention may apply when required by law or contract.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied according to the service, including authentication and encrypted transport where applicable. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. International processing
Connected services or providers may process information in countries different from the user's country, subject to their terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
12. Children
Project7x is professional project management software and is not specifically directed to children. It is not designed to knowingly collect children's data for advertising or consumer profiling.
13. Website analytics and chat
project7x.com may use first-party analytics and support/chat tools to measure website use and provide assistance. These functions may process basic technical browsing information and any data visitors choose to provide during an interaction.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when features, providers, legal requirements or distribution channels change. The updated date will be revised when material changes occur.
