Use of the product
Project7x is professional project-management software. Users must use the software lawfully, respect licenses and access controls, and only process project, contract and personal information they are authorized to use.
Professional judgment
Schedules, estimates, risk calculations, dashboards, AI outputs and contractual alerts are decision-support information. They do not replace professional, legal, engineering, accounting or contractual review.
Accounts and licenses
Some functions may require an active account, license, organizational authorization or connected service. License conditions can vary by edition or customer agreement.
User content
Users and organizations remain responsible for their project content, accuracy, permissions, backups and compliance obligations. Project7x does not claim ownership of customer project content merely because it is processed by the software.
Availability and changes
Features can change as the product evolves. Preview, beta or experimental functions may be modified or discontinued. Connected services can depend on internet access and third-party availability.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law and specific customer agreements, the software is provided as a project-management tool and does not guarantee project outcomes, profitability, schedule compliance or absence of risk.
